The most important part of our job is to make sure you feel comfortable shopping with us from start to finish, and that includes returning merchandise. The following details our fulfillment procedures and return policy. We think we've covered all our bases, but you may still have some questions. We accept PayPal online credit card payment (VISA, Master, AMEX, and Discover) as well as check or money order.

When you place your order with us, the total price will include the subtotal of your order plus a shipping and handling fee. If you are paying via PayPal, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated when you check out. If you are paying by check or money order, please download the mail-in order form and mail it with correct shipping and total amount and your full payment. We do confirm receipt by email and then ship when your payment clears with our bank.Once you've purchased an item from us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible at an affordable shipping rate. This is why we send everything Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Packages are generally delivered within three to seven business days, unless noted otherwise in the product description. If you get your package and the merchandise has been damaged, please give us a call immediately at smashingjewels.com.

Right now we do not accept orders outside of the United States.

As much as we want to, we can't always guarantee the availability of our items. If you have ordered an item that has become unavailable or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email.

Return Policy

If you need to return your purchase, you must get it back to us within seven days of the shipping date. The item must be returned unworn and undamaged with the Smashing Jewels tag still intact. Be sure to wrap the item securely and send it prepaid with a tracking service (such as delivery confirmation).

We strongly recommend that you insure the item for its full value, as it is your responsibility until we receive and sign for it. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns and insurance.

As soon as we receive your return we will promptly reimburse you. If you paid for the item by charge card, we will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue you a check. You will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of the package and the credit transaction.

Please note that all shipping charges on return merchandise are non-refundable.

Additionally, no returns will be accepted for customized items.
